I do believe postage to the Netherlands would be a bit dear. But what worked for me is right here:

Then Keto and IF. I don't get out much during the week, but I walk a lot over the weekend, usually with camera gear. The diet made all the difference in the world; I couldn't walk a quarter of a km when I was diagnosed. (Actually, sometimes I'd fall flat on my face at home because my legs would give out). It does get better!

Especially with those jars of fat you've got there.
