It's a Puzzle

Great, I'll swap you a jar of goose fat if you swap me your tips for remission ;)
I do believe postage to the Netherlands would be a bit dear. But what worked for me is right here: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/blog-entry/the-nutritional-thingy.2330/ I started out on medication and was miserable with the side effects, went looking for an alternative and found low carb/high fat. Then Keto and IF. I don't get out much during the week, but I walk a lot over the weekend, usually with camera gear. The diet made all the difference in the world; I couldn't walk a quarter of a km when I was diagnosed. (Actually, sometimes I'd fall flat on my face at home because my legs would give out). It does get better! :) Especially with those jars of fat you've got there. ;)

Thanks for the info, I have checked it out. Hope the other two enjoyed their chicken thighs. I had port steak, (done in the oven with butter) broccoli and cauliflower florets and a fingerful of carrot and swede with pretty acceptable blood results. Will keep looking for patterns but hopefully this was a one off Cheers.
