...if she had never mentioned that delicious greek yogurt from Lidl my fridge freezer would still be in one piece. As it is, I came back from my local Lidl and put the stuff I'd bought in to the fridge, which I will admit, was full to bursting - after all it is the weekend and I'm a busy working mother.
Then, thinking it was time for lunch I decided the have a cottage cheese, avocado and lime pickle salad. Both the avocados I bought yesterday were like rocks so when I returned to the fridge to see if there was a softer one hiding at the back, the recently purchased and unopened 1litre tub of Greek yogurt jumped from the fridge, hitting the handle of the freezer door on the way down and breaking it off before smashing open on the ground   Filling my sandal with yogurt for good measure.
The handle is snapped/broken off and I don't think it can be fixed. My shoe is now clean and I'm sure a yogurt treatment has been good for my foot. Fortunatly I am insured for accidental damage but goodness knows how long that will take to sort out.
You couldn't make this stuff up
