We had sleet late afternoon so expecting the world to be white in the morning, it's just been forcast on regional news 'snow over the Peak District' brrr

It hardly never snows down here in South West about five or six times in the 33yrs I've
been down here

Right on the North Somerset coast 15miles from Weston super Mare & 8miles from Bristol

Off to my nice clean bed and a lie in tomorrow nighty night everyone

Not really I'm arthritis sufferer like watching snow come down but going out in it I'll leave that to others last snowed here three years ago but only settled for one day then horrible mush for one more then gone not far from here is Exmoor certainly snows on the higher ground their every winter

Snowed last night (was sleeting when I took dogs for their evening wee:rolleyes: This morning cold, clear sky and scattered snow when dogs went for the morning walk!

I do like the snow................ a lot:happy:. love walking in it, watching the brightness glow, it brings back so many happy memories for me as a teenager, out with friends, near friends house who had a large big grassy area dip/crater just near her house, 'finding' ;) the Motherspride bread baskets and sitting in them and off we would go, whizzing down the slope, then dragging it back up and getting soaking wet and kept nipping home to borrow my dad's warm, clean and dry socks and off again. The mum used to make us hot drinks, we had biscuits and cakes too.
Weather forecast for Saturday 21 st in the Hampshire area :- Windy with possible sleety snow, it will be 5 degrees, but will feel colder because of the wind chill factor. ps I am going to my first Christmas Fair at a local church today :)

We have had some on the fells it looks quite pretty looking at them from the cave but actually the sun is shining brightly

We had a night of rain and now the sky is clear blue and the sun is dazzling. It's due to be like this all day, so I'm off to the allotment to clear out anything that will be pulped by the first frost (probably tonight). The north wind doth blow summink trrific.
To those in blizzards and/or floods, take care.
