I need to check my basal dose to see if it's OK, I've got a feeling it's out. I can't find the message and didn't save it and have tried searching but no joy.
Can all you nice people help me from feeling a total plonker and post the info again?

To be honest, I have no idea about how to set/change basal. I'm doing OK with bolus, quite easy since I eat between 20-30 carbs a day. Thanks for the tip.
