Now come on I've had it for 25 years, that will do, ohhh I have a choice do I??, sticking a few orange juices in bag before I go out the door, its weird how can 3 cartons of Orange juice feel like a stone from stone henge, well Il tell you all lot now iam not happy about this diabetes scenario, what can I do when things get to much , have a can have a fag and above all have a good fin laugh, please nowt i do opologise for all the stress heads out there

Heya Danny, you're not alone. I think I can speak for the majority when I say we all have a rough patch with this, but acceptance tells us that it's not going away, we can't fight it so it's managing with it. I see a little boy in your photo so is this your son ? I've found that focussing on my daughter and making sure her life is as positive as it can be is a vital distraction for me, when it gets me down I only have to look at her to feel uplifted again.

How are your BG levels on a day to day basis, do you manage ok ?
