Dude. Don't you know that eating red meat gives you cancer / cardiovascular disease / diabetes / AIDS? I know this is true because I read it in the Daily Mail.

What about all that saturated fat? Why don't you have a nice skinless chicken breast cooked in sunflower oil instead?

You'll catch the diabetes if you carry on like this.
