I've got a sore arm

I've got a sore arm and I 've been to see the doctor and they told me to rest for two weeks and not to lift anything heavy but I've had two weeks of and it still hurts

Hey @Julia McCoulough Do you think you've strained it ? is it muscle related or joint ? Can you think of anything that would of triggered it ?

I don't know it's muscle
