I've got my licence updated

Hi to everyone,

Just to let you know I've got my categories C1 and D1 put back on my driving licence yipeeee. Will now be able to get out and about with my horsebox which will of course be stocked up with lots of life saving equipment, glucose tabs, drinks, jelly babies, test meter, should I need it.

It might have been quicker if the DVLA went through your whole application and responded in one go. They came back to me with 3 different questions each one taking 2 - 3 weeks to either get to me or get back. I was then asked for £20 to update my licence so I sent that off. I rang them at the beginning of Jan to be told of yes there is a problem, gulp, then was told not with me but with DVLA and I would be issued with my licence, yipeeeeeee. I have since received written confirmation. I have also received my £20 back! and just waiting for my licence to turn up. Oh and then it will be time to MOT/tax and insure the lorry for another year!

Not too bad in the end
