I've got through 50 test strips in 2 days!

Have to admit to upping my testing as I'm drifting towards fasting.

Purely practical. As a lorry driver eating and drinking on the queen's highway can be a pita and fasting allows me to have a couple of black coffee's or water and worry about food later. Much easier. No post meal nodding either.

Today was first crack. Last food was 6pm yesterday unless a coffee with butter first thing (4.50 am, still at work btw) counts as non fasting? Gone really well.

First thing was a 5.6

11.30 was a 5.2

16.30 was a 5.0

Few hunger pangs but water took care of those.

Last test will be pre meal. Sub 5 would be ace.
