I cannot find anything about vaccination making tinnitus worse when I google, but that may be my poor googling skills.
Are you diabetic? T1, T2, other? If so then catching COVID is likely to be much more dangerous for you than any temporary effects from the vaccination.

I haven't heard that the vaccine has made tinnitus worse, but do know someone whose tinnitus was made significantly worse by catching Covid -19.
I had the vaccine nearly 3 weeks ago and it made no difference to my tinnitus.
