Ok been really off the wagon for most of the week , ate a whole apple pie (over 3days) had fish and chips 3 times since Monday. ...
Haven't checked my bs but I know how I feel and my symptoms say its higher than it should be. I have put 2lb so my BMI is 26 , my weight it 11 st 12lb .
So as of today Im back at it.
Im going to exercise 30 mins a day and reduce my carbs again.

Feeling more in control today , 30mins (6K) on exercise bike this morning .
Breakfast blue berries, raspberries , , frommage frais and a dessert spoon on grain muesli ( I like the crunch)
I'm aunty sitting this afternoon so we are going out for lunch , I will behave. Good start today though.

Im hoping posting on here will help . Been out for lunch , had tomato and red pepper soup , prawn cocktail salad and about 8 chips.Soda water and lime to drink
No dessert ...

Day 1 over , had half a packet of crisps for supper, haven't had crisps for ages but at least it was only half a packet. Haven't had horrible hot sweaty feeling so that's good.To be honest that is the thing about diabetes that I hate.

Day 2.
Healthy breakfast, cheese and tomato sandwich ..only one slice of bread, couple of crisps and a sugar free jelly.
After lunch did 35 mins on exercise bike (240 cals).# motivated lol

Day 3
Ww frommage frais and berries for break fast .
Salad for lunch
Gammon and veg for tea.
Had buscuit at 10am.
35 mins on exercise bike 240 calories.

Thank you. You are motivating me to try again too. Just had pasty and chips. So I will start again tomorrow. Yes that horrid hot sweaty feeling is the worst thing for me too.
 
We can support each other zand.
I was really good today , usual frommage frais and blue berries for breakfast , salad for lunch , rich tea with my afternoon cuppa .
Had small amount of pasta with a lot of sauce and some salad at tea time ..then... for some reason I had to have chocolate , 2bars of aldi dark chocolate with orange and almonds, they are only small , also had a peppermint cream at 8.30. Well I suppose I was good for most of the day I ll not beat myself up this time and think about the positives

Day 5 , usual healthy breakfast and lunch and 2 rich tea.
Had 3 chocolates throughout the day and 35 mins on exercise bike.
Tea will be sweet and sour , small portion of rice.
Feeling good and NO horrible sweats ... hate the sweats lol.

Well day 6 & 7 were different. I had a sore throat yesterday and didn't feel to good after work , husband bought fish and chips!!@ I ate them and got away with it .He ate them and got a fish bone stuck in his throat. .. We went to A&E and got an a to go back the following morning to have it removed via bronchoscope. Feel sorry for him tonight.
The weather is rubbish , sick of the rain .
Going to clear out my deceased mother in laws house tomorrow and get it ready to sell.Oh the joys. Onwards and upwards 4weeks time and ill be in sunny Malta xx

Day 8 : spent the day with my family emptying Grannys home, sad day but needs to be done.
Had a laugh at times but that was thinking about good memories.
Diet wise : behaved ok today When I looked in the mirror this morning I think my stomach looks a bit less flabby so the exercise must be helping. 26 days til Malta :)

Day 10 had a good day at work , feeling really tired now , probably because I've got a cold.
Usual breakfast and lunch . Tea was gammon , carrots , broccoli and 4 very small potatoes.
Did 35 mins on exercise bike 210 calories. 24 days to Malta :)

Day 12
Got what a long boring day ..training. I love learning new things but HR policies... enough said.
Anyway to diabetes, been ok today , Ive got a sore throat and it was cold by the time I got in so no exercise, I will do it tomorrow.
My house is untidy and its getting on my nerves ...

Day 13
Training course waz better today , , enjoyed it.
Behaved myself until tea time ( well 8pm) , had a slice of tiger loaf with my brown pasta and meat balls and an ice cream
I did 40 minutes (240 calories) on my exercise bike. My daughter gave me a cuddle and says I feel thinner , so I should lol

Day 15. Had my hair done today.
Ive discovered that if I drink coffee instead of tea I don't need a biscuit.
Got to say that I really like splenda and don't know what Id do without it. Weight 11st 8lb.At least its not going up.
My husband says I need to buy smaller jeans so I must be doing something right :)

Day 16 , had rice crispies for breakfast because I need to go shopping. .... its a sunny day and its showing up the dust etc .

Yesterday I had: a glass of wine, a square of chocolate, a sliver of birthday cake and a profiteroles! :dummy: Bs 7 this morning :argh: but today's another day. :D: : hungry: so going to eat breakfast - 97.5% meat sausage and poached egg! :angelic: in case you hadn't realised I have finally found the smilies link :hilarious:

Ok only partially successful but am still learning ;)
 
Day 17 and another pound off thats 21 since Jan 20 13 thankyou lower carb diet.
Scandichic that could have been loads worse . BS of 7 after a bad day isn't too bad.

Ive been on exercise bike for 33 mins , 6 k and 230 calories, also did 4 mins on cross trainer ( havent been on it for ages and it was hard. ..)
Sunday is the first day of the 5x50 challenge so ever day for 50 days I have to do either 5k or 30 minutes exercise. ..should loose weight then .Hopefully 8lb then ill be 10stone something for the first time in 22 years lol.
