Jamrox -Getting back on the Wagon Blog

Day 17 and another pound off thats 21 since Jan 20 13 thankyou lower carb diet.
Scandichic that could have been loads worse . BS of 7 after a bad day isn't too bad.

Ive been on exercise bike for 33 mins , 6 k and 230 calories, also did 4 mins on cross trainer ( havent been on it for ages and it was hard. ..)
Sunday is the first day of the 5x50 challenge so ever day for 50 days I have to do either 5k or 30 minutes exercise. ..should loose weight then .Hopefully 8lb then ill be 10stone something for the first time in 22 years lol.

Oh to be 10 stone something! SighI well done! Can't 'weight' till I get there too! ;)

I'm 5"7 and weigh 11 stone 7 lb on my scales. I started at 13stone and have really just reduced my carbs intake.

Ok been good today , had a little bit of 85% dark chocolate though but could be worse.
30 mins on exercise bike , 265 calories ? 6.8 km .
Feel good and no horrible sweats

Just done my bs and it was 5.0 that is the lowest its been in ages , usually sits around 6.3 .:) I am one happy bunny.

Knackered lol. BS post exercise 4.4mmol ..Just goes to show that lower carb and exercise is key.
Spending a fortune on shampoo and shower gel washing hair every day but its worth it lol.
At this rate ill be 10 stone 13lb In no time :)

35mins on exercise bike, 7.23km , 293 calories , bs pre breakfast 5.8mmol, I like these 5 numbers. Now to have breakfast and go to work x .

Well today I am in Dublin for our great nephews christening.
Day 1 of the 5x50 challenge.
Been to hotel 'gym' well if the machines worked it could be called s gym...
Anyway did 5k on the rowing machine.
247 calories , 34 minutes.
Bs 6.1 which I ll live with considering I had a chinese last night .
47 days to go.
Got a holiday in Malta for a week from 10th April and looking forward to 7 of those days walking 5 with views over to Valleta

Lost another 2lbs. Now 14 stone 7. 7lbs to 14 stone and 8lbs to under 14 - yay! Probably 3-4 weeks of work but even if it's 1/2 stone per month, it's still going in the right direction. Mother's Day today and am going out for meal so will need to be super good for rest of week :D
 
Im frightened to go on the scales after 3 full irish breakfasts lol.
Had a lovely weekend in Dublin with our nephews and their families.
Came home this morning and completed day 2 of the 5x50 challenge.
I ll go on the scales in the morning ...

35mins , 7.4km and 289 calories on exercise bike to complete day 4 (8%) of the challenge. Now to get ready for work. Bs 6.1 . I don't understand how its 6.1 after exercise in the morning when Ive had nothing to eat yet when I do the same exercise in the afternoon it goes lower ...confused ..going to find out why.

No Scandichic I'm a nurse ( work in healthcare governance for 10 years though so no patient contact). My husband teaches in our local college so we need school holidays )

Day 6 complete . Getting easier and quicker to get to 5k but still doing 35mins and going about 7.5km.
