Good morning! I am attempting to get myself in to a Keto mind frame and have bought the Diabetic code.
I was going to order his cookbook but reading reviews on Amazon tell me it may be an expensive waste. Who would you recommend to read with good sound recipes?

I’ve never used a cook book for low carb cooking!
If you have a specific meal you want a low carb version of, just type for example “low carb carrot cake” into Google or here’s a website with loads of low carb or keto recipes for free:

I haven’t got a cookbook either but if I want a particular recipe I look for an keto version on YouTube. My go to channels are ‘Ketofocus’, ‘headbangers kitchen’ (great keto Indian food) and ‘heavenly fan’ and I can find a low carb recipe for almost everything.
