You could work for a diabetes charity like DUK, as you say there's always nursing to to consider although it's very hard work and demanding, once your trained and qualified you could always aim to become a DSN
I'm thinking about becoming a DSN will have to do a lot of reading up on it I think, I haven't got a clue how to fill out UCAS forms or anything!
I don't think I'm going to get on to my vet nursing course this year because I can't find a placement and because of my age if I apply next year it's going to cost £2500 which I can't afford! That's why I'm looking for something else
Have you tried Student Support, there is help out there to help you fill out the forms.
