.....that bean sprouts make excellent imitation spaghetti.

I actually managed to buy a couple of Spaghetti squash last year - the squash cooks into low-carb strands! I still have two portions in the freezers. It makes a nice change from courghetti.
Tried out the bean sprouts and have to say they for me they work better with my Quorn mince sauce better than courgetti or Bare Naked noodles/spaghetti.......
