Just eaten and got these results 2

Hello All,

Hope we are all fighting fit and happy as pie.

Well I have repeated my test again :

So I have been to the fish & chip (no chips for me) shop.

I had 2 lightly battered fish with mushy peas and 1 jumbo sausage.

Started eating at 8:00 my BS was 6.2%
Tested at 10:00 pm- 6.3%
Tested at 11:00 = 5.7%

What I find strange is that after 2 hours it was 6.3%, then after 3 hours it had dropped even further to 5.7%. I did wash my hands with soap & water everytime before I tested if that can make any difference ect.

Just tested again.

Tested at 12:00 - 5.9%

Impressive results simply-h, I would estimate at the least your meal would be 50-60g of carbs.
