I like the way I can log onto my GP surgery and view my test results.

They did a full mot :)

Hbac1 only 37 :) Last time it was checked (before I joined this site) it was 55

Only things that seem a little high to me (with zero medical knowledge) are some of my Urea and Electrolytes.

I presume my cholesterol is fine by those numbers, considering ALL I'm eating is

Lunch: 5 rashers streaky, 3 fried eggs (sometimes a few fried mushrooms),

Dinner: 100g cabbage (with salt on) and a lump of meat, usually pork chop (or joint of pork cut up into my own chops)

Sometimes sugar free jelly with 150g of extra thick whipped cream on it

And for snacks I have Lidls slices of cheese (usually edam), probably eat about 5+ slices a day

Very well done on the HbA1c reduction, all your other results are within the normal ranges as far as I can see.

Congratulations on that HbA1c. Well done. :)

All I can see that is a bit suspect is your HDL (a bit low) Your other results appear to be within range to me.

Oopsie I missed the HDL!

Well done but you can make your diet a lot more interesting especially if are testing with a meter.
