Hi Folks
Had T2 for a number of years controlled by diet - no meds. Looking at some of the contributions feel as though I am a bit of a fraud seeing how much others have to contend with. When advised by my GP I had diabetes T2 given a very frank discussion on changing eating habits OR ELSE!!!! So bought a wok which became my main cooking theme fresh food with the spices - which I had to learn?? Then found better use a smaller plate or weight would be a problem. Seem to have managed over the years to keep within acceptable levels, even with eating my home made bread??
Looking now to move my bread making to a different level non-wheat style. There is masses of information out there but conflicting and I'm old fashioned in thinking including 3 or more eggs is making a cake - apologies to those who don't agree! So anyone who has a tried and trusted recipe they are aware might fit the bill I would be most grateful if they would point me to an internet address which I could try.
