Just wondering if there are many of you who work in an active job, and finishing at 10pm, how this effects your sugars while sleeping (type 1 diabetic )
Not work but I usually go climbing one night a week after work. I start climbing at 6:30pm and usually finish at 10pm before driving home (30 minutes). On these nights, I miss tea. I find my BG usually falls during the night unless I reduce my basal dose.
