Kale chips

Buy a bag of kale, rinse and dry out with paper towels. Cut the stalks out if they have them (the bags I buy are ready chopped) then just lay out on a baking sheet spray with oil a bit of salt and I use chilli powder, then bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

They taste a bit like crispy seaweed from the Chinese but a large serving is still only 50 calories. Great fix for a salty craving, I have them instead of crisps

Yes no jokes although I can think of a few!! Tesco finest do them or whittards and hotel chocolat. Just make them like a regular tea but leave them to brew for longer, about 5 minutes.
