soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I love rice cakes and a few weeks back started buying these Kallo organic rice thins. They are perfect for putting a mound of pate on to, when I don't want a whole slice of Burgen. they are quoted at 3.8 carbs each. I find one, well loaded makes a quick breakfast on the way to the gym. I leave the house early, so always in a rush.

I quite like these actually, and at 2.9 per slice works out better carb wise.. !!

My wife got some a while back that were 1.9g of carbs per cracker but can't think where she got them from

Kallo also do plain and milk chocolate rice thins - they are still low carbohydrate but are very moorish. I have found them in Waitrose and Health Food shops. They are a flat package of eight thins.

Noblehead, I didn't make myself too clear!!

I meant which flavour of Kallo rice cakes did you have at 1.9 carbs?
