Some overweight people are that way because of beyond their control things such as psychological problems, certain medical conditions or the side effects of certain medications. The vast bulk of overweight people however are overweight because they eat rubbish, they eat far to much and/or they are physically lazy.
Did anyone watch Benefits:To Fat To Work? on Channel 5? They were even having their wedding paid for by the DWP. Celebrating losing 2 pounds at weight watchers with a kebab and ice cream.
She relies on her twisted view of life to earn a living as she is talentless.
Just another excuse for this very sad, sad person to put herself on centre stage with little thought or consideration for anyone else and their history/ current situation. Not a fan or follower of this person ....I was aware of this food experiement ......but do not in theory support it at all

.............................I remain unconvinced (even by the many benefits shown by the Newcastle Diet) that rapid, severe, weight loss is a positive move in the long term (decades, rather than months and years).
the decade and years are the issues I see, it's fine to lose the weight and there are many ways, a very few keep the weight off and this is the problem.Sounds like a pretty vile program.
I wonder if Katie Hopkins will end up with a permanently damaged metabolism. 4 stone rapid gain, followed by attempts to rapidly lose it - sounds like a perfect recipe for creating weight and metabolism issues...

the ND doesn't teach you how to eat a way that is satisfying and wont make you fat again from carb slip to old ways of eating
