Keep getting spikes

Non-insulin injectable medication (incretin mimetics)
They look significant spikes on the libre. I eat carbs but not a huge amount but there’s still big spikes after eating. Does this mean my diabetes is not well controlled? Thanks

What do you call big? It is edging close to diagnosing, which we can't do here, but if you're seeing double digits, then your control does leave something to be desired... "Not a huge amount" is relative too. It may not be huge to some, but very much so to others, depending on how much insulin resistance/insensitivity there is. So check what applies to your situation, maybe?
