My mother has been recently diagnose with type 2 while she was in the hospital to get surgery. She out now but I can see the new diagnoses is really bothering her. I'm coming up with a regiment to help her continue to enjoy her life.

Hugs to your mum and a quick recovery from surgery hopefully.
Your mum sounds very lucky to have you, you’ll find a lot of helpful tips and advice on this forum

Hi @Enjoyinglife and welcome to the forum.

One important aspect of T2 diabetes which is often overlooked is that in many/most cases, the person is not to blame for their diabetes. People generally get Type 2 Diabetes or become obese because of bad NHS advice and the global food industry, not because of lack of will power!
