Hello my name is Paul I have been a diabetic for 20 years. I averagely fit n healthy although I am going through the symptoms of the sugar poisoning. I am active in outdoor sports and would do more if I time and transport.
I have found over the last two years that I am getting old and the diabetic is getting the better of me. I would like to ask the question how to increase muscle strength and flexibility. It seems that the way the fitness instructor coach people to increase strength is the best way to get hyperglycemias, too much sugar. So how do we folk who need to improver strength for work or even keep up with the bodies old age.
