I made a post a while back regarding walking a little each day and how it benefited me. Since then I moved a step up so to speak. Training 4-5 days in gym. Doing this has had its challenges for me but mainly craving sugary things. I do resist but some days it's really hard lol. But more important my blood sugars are stable and normal. Averaging 5. I am a little extreme when I do things I feel I have to push myself that little bit harder. I just remember the bad days and how unwell I was and it pushes me.
