Does anyone know where to buy the MediFridge as reviewed on the Diabetes.co.uk website, or have a suggestion for a similar product for keepin insulin cool whilst travelling.

Frio wallets are good for keeping insulin cool.

Like noblehead - the frio wallets are my choice .
I use the large sized ones .
Fits my pens and spares easily !

You can get them VAT free from certain suppliers too .
I did ;)

They are ideal and reliable to use whilst travelling .
The gel crystals inside a wallet activate when soaked in cold water
and temperature regulate the wallet to remain cool
for days ...
Folk have used these in the desert and hot climates successfully .

I used Frio as went to Canary Islands just 10 days after diagnosis ( excellent timing, thanks God if you're watching). Kept insulun cool for the 7 nights and didn't have to re-energise the pack during that time.

Brilliant little things, I bought one last summer and it worked great on days out.
