keeping insulin cool

What's the best way to keep insulin cool when working outside and I find cool packs don't stay cold for long enough time

As long as you aren't in temperatures above 30degrees (which I hope you're not, because it is sooooo cold in Belfast and I'll be super jealous!) you can carry a Novorapid pen on you and keep it at room temperature for up to 4 weeks!

I wish I was working I nice weather like that as cold in reading and thank you was never sure how to keep it cold if ever needed at work
