Same here, bought a bottle from a shop to use as a starter then made more in yoghurt maker and froze all bar one portion. Then use them as starters for batches we eat. Use kefir basically instead of yoghurt

Hi, sorry I missed your question! I can't say I've noticed much difference to my glucose levels but I haven't been looking for a change either... I usually have it with muesli which I inject for (as I'm type 1). I don't having every day exactly, but multiple times a week as I fancy. Have been for a few years now.
