Kelp tablets

Anyone take this for glucose control .Trying them for hair loss problem but found glucose levels better only thing is its upset my tum a bit but hoping it will improve over time

Kelp is seaweed .. Should be rich in iodine.. The wife takes them .. And they have never upset her stomach!
Are to taking to much ?
