I do not have diabetes
I had 3 in the past 3 weeks so far. 2 have been at my dad's so I had no choice. But I wasn't really in the mood for cooking tonight so ordered a mixed grill. I was just wondering if this is packed with calories or not? I don't have naans or rice so I'm not too worried about the carbs. But if I was to keep this habit every week would it be detrimental?

You're asking an impossible question...

No one has any idea of the portion size or even what is in your mixed grill for starters...

Would it be detrimental, again - only you can be the judge. Detrimental in what way?

I don't stuff my face to the extent I probably could but I do have a lot. I guess it's a stupid question but if I'm under my calorie goal then it's fine. I presume the carbs are low too. I have pure meat including chicken lamb/beef and pork

I usually make my own curry as I know what has gone into it, and have stir fry cauliflower and broccoli with Indian spices. I will have two poppadums as the shop bought only contain 3 grams or little over a poppadum. If I do on the very rare occasions have the Chicken Tikka as its dry with their mint sauce and a side of veg
