Does anyone know how many carbs is has, please? Apparently the 4g is net carbs
Tia.

Depends on your serving size of course but if you follow the recipe exactly it has 9g of total carbs 4g net

Fibre plus net give total carbs in US terms.

Thank you. That's helpful
Are you following total carb restriction rather than net? I'm curious why you would want to know.. Fibre is considered to be indigestible so most carb restrictors don't count it.

Yes, I'm a newbie, trying to be lchf I don't fully understand net carbs at the moment.

Net carbs are what you should be adding together towards your daily total number.. so the keto porridge you linked to would be 4g of carbs. What daily level are you aiming for? I'm guessing you are UK based? All food labels here show net carbs so count those towards your total. Does that help?

Thanks for the tag @Diakat , looks like the question has been answered. Yes I count 4g carbs per portion

Yes, that helps. Thank you. I am in the UK, just not used to net carbs. I do have an awful lot to learn
Thanks for your reply

Everywhere I believe apart from the USA reports carb content as net carbs with fibre listed separately.. so here you can simply use the "Carbohydrate" figure in your calculations. Hope that helps.
