or fat bombs
can a person live on just these or

I know I'm late with this thread but I have some turkey breast mince in the freezer and to raise the fat and fibre content I'm making burgers with ground walnuts and ground flax, frying them in goose fat. I'm new to lchf but I feel like I've finally come home! Just noticed though that the lean meat myth is very deeply ingrained in me as I still automatically look for leaner cuts, and have to remind myself not to.here's what i imagine would be a food list to use
eggs
bacon
canned tuna in oil
butter
cream cheese
heavy cream
coconut milk
coconut oil
olive oil
ground beef
sausages
ham
pork chops
chicken breasts (i know legs and thighs may be higher in fat
but i really like breast meat)
turkey breast (same as chicken breast i just like it better)
cheese
maybe low low carb veggies like lettuce and cucumbers
carb free spices
and probably more i cant imagine
now that seems like alot to choose from
but i have difficulty putting them together as meals
and i dont end up with good recipes in my online searches

New to forums so be gentle. I recently experienced similar issues to this. Finding it difficult with my foods. I recently read this article which helped me find suitable cooking assistance. I'm now using a number of books to help me cook different food everyday which is really helpful.
