Ketones is the preferred brain fuel...

I do not have a problem with Virta offering a Private Health Plan to provide support through Insurance companies and offering professional training under contract to doctors and hospitals. It is a bit like BUPA and others here in the UK I was a subscriber to BUPA, but when I had a problem myself, then the upfront demand for £1000+ for the initial consultation session was too much for my paygrade, so I did not use it,

My post was not so much of a rant but more like a headsup to the readers here, most of whom would be self funding and not sure of who or what Virta Health was. I as an old lag, have seen the progression of the founders from guru to reknowned leaders, and so I have confidence in what they are offering.

At the same time I was serving my apprenticeship here on this site, and gaining the valuable knowledge as I went, so I now feel confident in being able to benefit from their advice. There are new readers here who do not yet have that knowledge, but have the ability to find it here on the site which they can glean at a fraction of the cost that a Virta contract would be, Thats all.
