I'm beginning to understand that we're all so individual with our diabetes but would still like some ideas please.
I'm getting to grips with the difference between ketosis and ketoacidosisthe former can be beneficial and the latter is a no-no.
So the question is, does anyone know roughly what is the optimal range to get into ketosis for type 1 diabetes?
And.....
What on earth is the glucose ketone index and what use is it if any?
