I’ve been having bad stomach cramps and a headache and whole body seems to be hurting and nauseous for a couple of days. I rang the doctors this morning and she said these can be covid symptoms but first check for keytones it may be cos of that.
I checked and I do have ketones- although not very high. I’m drinking plenty of water. How often should I check for the keytones?
