As a kidney transplant patient who had watched his creatinine level for about 30 years as it gradually increased (as expected), I know that while there are "normals"...this level depends on weight, muscle mass and other physical factors. "Normal" according to most general research is between 70 and 110 mmols per litre (ie. c. 0.8-1.25 milligrams per decilitre), however, renal specialists will say that between 65 and 120 is pretty reasonable (depending on muscle mass). Low creatinine is 99% of the time of no concern at all, being linked to loss of muscle mass more than much else - and it is very uncommon. High creatinine can indicate early stage CKD (early stage kidney failure) and needs monitored. Very importantly...YOUR numbers are, if anything, slightly low and I would not be concerned at all.
In the UK, every renal doctor I ever saw refers to two figures creatinine in mmols (not milligrams) and the eGFR (estimated level of function). above 60% is fairly normal eGFR but this is a far less accurate indication of the state of the kidneys; creatinine being the real marker. My own level went right up to 650mmols (an eGFR of 8%) prior to transplant aged 53 (having been under 180mmols five years earlier). I had felt pretty well up to about 12% eGFR...so there can be a very, very long way to go before actual end stage failure!
It is worth bearing in mind that (as I know from having had my levels checked very, very regularly), red meat the day before increases the level as does slight dehydration. A healthy fluid intake is important. It is natural for levels to be elevated due to certain food in the system and to inadequate amounts of fluid intake. Doctors factor this in and look at patterns rather than one-off readings. Also, your blood pressure would probably increase if there was an issue..and that would need medication (easily done). My level today (one year post transplant) is 111 mmols (c. 65% function)..not only is this considered normal...that is with only one kidney, as the other two (still in there) are redundant!
Basically, it doesn't sound to me as if you have anything at all to even have to be thinking about! Chill.
