Kidney infection, again!

I'm sure all of you know how much I post about kidney infections... seems I have one again, only having had one a few weeks ago.
It seems to me that the main cause is alcohol. Does this happen to anyone else? The last time I drank was about a month ago when I fell on my coccyx...
think maybe I just need to give up alcohol for good.

Perhaps the alcohol is dehydrating you? You could try sticking to one or two drinks and alternating them with a glass of water. That's what I do @Chloesnavy
