If the 'wraps' you are eating are bread then check the amount of carbs they represent.
I happily control blood glucose levels by staying low carb - I think that kidneys are far happier when they don't have to deal with high levels of blood sugars by concentrating it in the urine, which can have the effect of nurturing infections despite medications attempting to control it.

"Strict diet"... Any idea how many diets are out there? Can you be a little more specific? Because quite a few people here wouldn't be eating wraps (unless they're the low carb kind from Atkins, WeCare or somesuch). There might be something to gained yet from a shift in diet. Just keep in mind that infections drive blood glucose up as well, and bacteria adore glucose in your urine to feed off... With repeated infections, it might be that your blood glucose is higher than you'd like it to be and things just keep spiraling. You can go for a low carb diet if you're not already (and loads of water to flush your kidneys/bladder), and/or add in more meds temporarily to get back to good. Get a new baseline to go from.

I'd whole-heartedly recommend a low carb diet though... No carbs = no UTIs, for me. Can't say anything about a prostate though, as mine never bothered me. (Being non-existant).

So, the contents of the wrap were excellent, (dunno if the wrap itself was as it depends on the brand), and you go to the gym and walk.... All of which is good. Let's see whether this forum can help make things even better!
Hope things improve soon!
