Hi ive just had results bk for my anual check up. It says ACR are better if under 3.5 my results are 4.6 what does this mean? Is it still ok or will I be given more tablets to take.
 
EGFR is 60. I have an appointment with the practice nurse in 10 days time to discuss my results

Yes, they moved the goalposts not very long ago. The standard range for EGFR used to be above 60. It is now above 90. No idea why it was changed.

Perhaps you should do some research about it so you are prepared when you see your nurse. Good luck with it all. :)

Dont think its too serious because I would have had an appointment to see a doctor or diabetic nurse asap. It says my appointment is with the practice nurse 10 days time so there not in any hurry to see me. All other results came back fine.
