That really isn’t something we can advise you on.
You haven’t mentioned if you are on any medication, have disbetes?
You would be best advised to discuss your kidney function with the doc who gave you the information.

im diabetit taking metfromin giicklaside atorevasstatin allpurinal b12 injection every 3 months

My kidney function is sitting at 20% I’m under the renal clinic I was told after I had renal failure following an op that they don’t measure kidney function over 60% function has to go well below 10 % before any thought of dialysis or so I’ve been told , even with my kidney function level it doesn’t stop me doing anything
