Both of these problems especially a swollen testicle should be looked at by a gp as a priority. While the swollen kidney may not be life threatening treatment may be needed in hospital if bad enough.

Swollen testicle is a gp visit no matter how embarrassing we just cant take risks as men and leave it unchecked.
