So what do you use more (or have bought) now you are doing LCHF?

For me firstly I bought a spiraliser, love it to make courgette noodles to pad out dishes when I also have to cook for hubby.

Have unburied the mandolin (slicer thingy) and use it loads to make celeriac and veg creamy bake most weekends, not sure why I didn't use it before, was one of those kitchen gadget pressies from my MIL one Xmas that just got chucked into the drawer and never really used!

The single gadget I've specifically bought since becoming diabetic is an electric hand liquidiser, to squish up soup, instead of using the bigger machine I already have... Other than that all the tools I use (graters, grinders, mixers, scales, etc)are those I already had, and most of my food is still similar (just minus the high carb stuff) to that I've always eaten.. The only other things I've bought are a selection of silicone muffins cases, which are replacements for microwave bakeware that disappeared after my husband took over in the kitchen.

On being diagnosed I bought a food processor. I have only used it once to beat egg whites to make coconut macaroons.
Then I bought a hand blender to make soups. I have yet to use it, but expect I will soon.
I also bought a slow cooker. I've used that twice for cheap beef cuts and they did turn out nice. I think I will be using it regularly.
I did order a spiraliser but it never arrived. Seller sent a refund saying supplier hadn't sent agreed quantity.
I think some of the attachments for the food processor might include a spiralising slicer.

Oh yes, I also bought a knife sharpener as I will be cooking from scratch more. Works well, my cooking knives are sharper than they have ever been - and I've got the cuts on my fingers to prove it.

Edit: And I bought an electronic digital kitchen scales, which has been useful.
