What type of food weight scale would you recommend?

Salter are extremely good, I prefer the digital scales as they are more accurate.

The wife uses Salter scales .. The little black pad type one with a digital readout .. She likes them as you can set to zero with the bowl still on the scales. She also has a traditional set of scales and will use them when not needing to be calculating carbs !
