Hello.
I am type 2 recently diagnosed.
My levels are almost within the range and I am not on medication.
Almost 2 months ago I started jogging and running around after I was diagnosed.
But my knees have started hurting a lot.
I stopped running and tried to do brisk walking only.
But still both my knees pain though it's bearable.
Is it related to diabetes.
Or am I suffering from some vitamin deficiency.
I have read a lot about diabetes.
Can it be a case where in I was a diabetic since a long time and just recently i was diagnosed which has actually caused the complications called as neuropathy.
Can somebody help me out with this.
I will be very glad.
Thanks
