Hi all --
I have just been invited to join people for a meal at Kimchi Korean restaurant in London. I can see some obvious things to avoid on the menu, but can anyone advise on the best failsafe choices for diabetics in a Korean restaurant (bearing in mind that noodles, rice etc may be prepared very differently by different restaurants)?
