Korma curry sauce

I’ve found a simple curry sauce that’s so delicious and can be used with just about everything. It’s supposed to be low carb and is vegan.
There’s probably a simpler way to upload this, but I’ll see if this works.

It did! I like more curry flavour so I use a heaped tablespoon of curry powder plus a generous teaspoon of cumin. Also I dissolve an organic veggie stock cube in about 100 ml of boiling water and add that too.
It even turns a veg stir fry (with cashews) into something fabulous.
