Sexual pleasure and neuropathy. One of the things that terrifies me is that neuropaty means I could lose all sexual sensation. ED isn't a problem now, but if it becomes one I can't take any of the drugs because of a heart condition. To be blunt what scares me is this: that I'll still have a sex drive as before but will be totally unable to do anything to satisfy it. That sounds like torture. This isn't really an ED question, it's more about lack of sensation and orgasm. The threads about this tend to be a bit coy and mainly about ED. It;s not erection I'm thinking off, basically it;s having a dead downstairs

i think there may be medications that can stimulate the nerves etc, just like the ones that can block those pathways for pain............

and they may be OK with the heart conditions.............

I would think that the damage you are describing would require severely poor control for long periods of time........

is that likely to happen to you......?......

for me personally a lack of sensation could help some times...............:)

seriously though, I would think you will likely not experience symptoms as severe as that in the time that your sexually active..........
