Not being able to eat as many chocolate digestives as I used to.
Up to you @Goodwife , some change daily and I think we have one person here who hardly ever changes.

Your DSN would probably say daily - mine did. In practice I use them for a month or more.

I change mine when I remember or when the prick is more noticeable. Probably about every 5 days. I foolishly thought I should use a new one every time when I was new to this and bought 300. I think I still have about 260 left!

I'm with @bulkbiker.

Usually when the prick starts to sting a little and the blob of blood isn't as "blobby"

4 to 5 days.

I used to change lancers every test, now I change when it becomes painful to pick my finger

I usually change mine when I change the test strip cartridge (Accu Chek Mobile) - about every 6 weeks.

Yearly maybe.
Why? I don't know but if I get blood I'm OK, if it hurts ( occasionally it does) I see it as reminder not to get complacent.
Not really good advice but it's how I do it.
