I have broken my lancing device - one touch. But don't know how to get a new one. It is just about working but not sure how much longer it will last. Where can I get one and will i have to pay for it? Thanks

Call the company that makes it or your meter, they provide replacements free of charge - the profit is in the disposable parts. They will probably send you a new one by first class post.

I have several finger pricking devices while I was trying to work out which was most comfortable to use. I'd be quite worried mine would break if I only had one even tho I don't use the others!

I'm aslso sure I saw someone post that they only used the lancet - without the pen. I have tried this too and managed to get blood, but I do prefer my device.

Here is the contact information for LifeScan UK. They are the distributors of the One Touch Lancing Devices. Give them a ring, you will probably get it replaced free.
